Booking & Delivery

• Once payment is successfully confirmed, your reading or consultation will be scheduled and delivered within the timeline communicated during booking (typically 3–7 working days for written reports unless stated otherwise).
• Digital reports and consultations are delivered via Email or WhatsApp. Please ensure the contact details you provide are accurate.

Rescheduling

Live consultations may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Since our services are personalized and prepared specifically for each customer, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun or the report has been delivered.
• If you do not receive your service or an error has occurred on our part, please contact us within 7 days. We will review the issue and may provide a correction, re-delivery, or refund at our sole discretion.
